About the position

Responsibilities

  • Participate in sourcing, underwriting, financial modeling, and due diligence for new acquisitions.
  • Build cash flow models, Investment Committee books, and sensitivity tables for acquisition evaluations.
  • Collaborate with partners and property managers to manage a portfolio of operating assets and development projects.
  • Assist in analyzing and securing loans for the Real Estate Debt Business.
  • Conduct cash flow modeling, property valuation, and market research for new investment opportunities.
  • Handle the due diligence process and complete detailed investment packages for credit approval.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor's program graduating between December 2026 and May 2027.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 is required.
  • Candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization.

Nice-to-haves

  • Finance, Economics, or Real Estate majors preferred but not required.
  • Strong quantitative skills and proven analytical ability.
  • Understanding of real estate and finance terms and concepts preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
