The Senior Care Outreach team at BCBST is looking to add an Outreach Pharmacy Specialist to our team. You will build relationships with members, internal and external partners; promote health and wellness amongst our members; and offer resources that help our members with medication adherence. You will make daily medication adherence calls to our members in an effort to close gaps in healthcare.You will have an opportunity to encourage and motivate members to become educated about their health and live healthier lives.
