ConocoPhillips is seeking a motivated and energetic Online Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team in Denver, Colorado. ### Key Responsibilities

- **Administrative Support:** Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

- **Communication Management:** Draft, edit, and send professional correspondence, ensuring timely responses to inquiries from clients and stakeholders. Manage emails and prioritize communications efficiently.

- **Project Coordination:** Assist in the planning and execution of various projects, ensuring timelines are met, and resources are allocated effectively. Maintain and update project documentation and progress reports.

- **Data Management:** Organize and maintain files, databases, and reports. Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.

- **Social Media and Marketing Support:** Assist in managing the company’s online presence, including social media accounts and website updates. Create engaging content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

- **Meeting Coordination:** Prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for meetings. Ensure follow-up actions are tracked and communicated effectively to the team.

- **Expense and Budget Management:** Assist in tracking travel and spending expenses, ensuring that all expenditures comply with company policies and procedures.

- **Customer Interaction:** Serve as a point of contact for clients and partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally and promptly.

- **Initiative and Improvement:** Identify areas where processes can be optimized and recommend solutions to enhance overall efficiency within the team.

### Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a corporate or engineering-focused environment.
