Job Title: E-Commerce Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to support our overall Amazon Marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing plan within the Amazon ecosystem to drive profitable sales of our products.

  • Manage daily tasks on Amazon Seller Central, including sales-related activities.
  • Plan and execute product launching strategies for new products.
  • Generate and update listing content, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, prices, images, and videos.
  • Maintain, optimize, and improve listings regularly.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to develop plans to improve sales metrics.
  • Contribute strategies to enhance sales, including content layout, customer programs, personalization, SEO, social promotion, advertising, competitor benchmarking, and price adjustments.
  • Manage inventory and provide accurate sales forecasting.
  • Identify and analyze new product opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • 2+ years of experience in E-commerce/Amazon, including responding to customer messages, managing and updating product catalogs, and performing data analysis.
  • Proven E-commerce marketing success track record.
  • Strong understanding of E-commerce marketplaces.
  • Ability to write proper product descriptions and utilize proper imagery.
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools provided by Amazon.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software, and third-party Amazon applications.
