Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain Exchange Hybrid and Citrix environments.
  • Manage Exchange servers, including mailbox databases, mail flow, and security settings.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Exchange and Citrix.
  • Optimise Exchange and Citrix performance for user experience and application availability.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments of Exchange and Citrix components.
  • Utilise infrastructure-as-code (IAC) to manage and provision Exchange and Citrix infrastructure.
  • Automate routine tasks and processes using scripting and automation tools.
  • Monitor Exchange and Citrix environments using monitoring tools and dashboards, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with development and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Exchange and Citrix with other systems and applications.
  • Self-driven to learn in a fast-growing company and technology stack

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing Exchange and Citrix environments.
  • Experience with DevOps principles, including CI/CD, automation, and IAC.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, TypeScript).
  • Experience with monitoring tools

Preferred Skills:

  • Exchange Server Administration
  • Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
  • DevOps Practices (CI/CD, Automation, Iac)
  • Scripting (PowerShell, Python)
  • Monitoring Tools (New Relic, Cloud Watch etc.,)
  • Cloud Technologies (AWS and Azure) (preferred)
  • Networking Fundamentals

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and its related services.
