Location: Remote (Must be available during EST hours)

Hours: 20 hours/week

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced HubSpot CRM Administrator to manage and optimize our HubSpot instance. You’ll be responsible for powering account-based sales enablement, lifecycle marketing, and CRM data integrity, ensuring a seamless customer journey from first touch to post-purchase engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Account-Based Marketing Support

- Build workflows, templates, and automated campaigns that enable 1:1 outreach from Sales Advisors to clients.

- Examples include: automated appointment follow-ups, creating follow-up tasks based on customer behavior or preferences, surfacing enriched customer data for personalization.

- Identify key trends, purchase patterns, and client segments from data sets

D2C Lifecycle Campaigns:

- Develop and configure lifecycle workflows to support revenue-driving customer journeys.

- Examples include: abandoned cart emails, cross-sell campaigns, post-purchase nurture flows.

Reporting & Insights:

- Create dashboards and reports for Sales Advisors across company-, store-, and individual-level performance.

- Run and build custom reports focused on client engagement, spending behavior, and outreach activity

- Develop marketing email performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

HubSpot Administration & Data Governance:

- Maintain and optimize the marketing database through ongoing list management and hygiene practices.

- Create and manage properties to define engagement tiers, enable segmentation, and personalize outreach.

- Monitor and improve email deliverability, sender score, and overall CRM health.

- Work closely with Engineering to ensure accurate and useful data is synced to HubSpot for automation and personalization.

- Manage user access: onboard new employees and remove departed users.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM.

- Proven track record supporting high-touch, account-based marketing efforts in a B2C environment.

- Experience designing D2C workflows that drive revenue.

- Strong understanding of data structures, engagement tracking, and campaign performance metrics.
