Role Overview: You will report to the Director Data Analytics and collaborate with the team to produce insights, perform exploratory data analysis for leadership requests, and maintain data visualization tools delivering people and business metrics. Your responsibilities include designing and developing compelling dashboards using advanced analytics, interactive dashboard design, and data storytelling techniques. You will deliver operational talent reports with data-driven narratives, engage with People team and business stakeholders to gather requirements, and support scheduled/ad hoc reporting. Additionally, you will develop, implement, and maintain dashboards and reports for key stakeholders such as Executive Leadership, HR leaders, and Business Partners. You will innovate to automate and streamline processes, be responsible for data cleansing, validation, testing, and large-scale data analysis, handle sensitive human capital data with discretion and sound judgment, and collaborate with project teams to ensure correct identification of data impacted by changes. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop compelling dashboards using advanced analytics, interactive dashboard design, and data storytelling techniques - Deliver operational talent reports with data-driven narratives - Engage with People team and business stakeholders to gather requirements and support scheduled/ad hoc reporting - Develop, implement, and maintain dashboards and reports for key stakeholders (e.g., Executive Leadership, HR leaders, Business Partners) - Innovate to automate and streamline processes - Responsible for data cleansing, validation, testing, and large-scale data analysis - Handle sensitive human capital data with discretion and sound judgment - Collaborate with project teams to ensure correct identification of data impacted by changes Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical field - 8+ years of total experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience in analytics roles working with large datasets - Self-motivated, curious, independent, and eager to learn - Proficiency in analytics data modeling, storytelling, and visualization using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and other advanced analytical tools - Exposure to R, Python is an added advantage - Experience in Workday reporting, Viva GLINT, Visier, HR data systems - Preprocessing structured/unstructured data - Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPivot, Power BI, Power Platform, DAX Additional Details: - Ability to work in virtual teams across time zones - Broad understanding of HR processes and metrics (e.g., Workforce Metrics, Recruitment, Compensation, Talent Management) - People management experience is a plus - Knowledge of ERP, HR systems, and Business Intelligence tools - Ability to handle stress and prioritize effectively with management support Role Overview: You will report to the Director Data Analytics and collaborate with the team to produce insights, perform exploratory data analysis for leadership requests, and maintain data visualization tools delivering people and business metrics.
