All members are expected to be hands-on and to contribute directly to the company’s mission.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Code reviews and design reviews are expected for all meaningful changes. We discuss architecture openly, make decisions quickly, and ship frequently.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Product, ML, and engineering collaborate directly — there are no heavy handoffs between teams. Leadership stays close to technical work.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We favor clear ownership, simple architecture, and fast iteration. Engineers are trusted to make decisions and take responsibility for the systems they build.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h3><strong>Interview process</strong></h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">If there appears to be a fit, we'll reach to schedule 3, but no more than 4 interviews.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Applications are evaluated by our technical team members.
