About the position

Responsibilities

  • Conduct simple preventative maintenance on vehicles as per guidelines from the Regional Market Manager.
  • Coordinate with the Regional Market Manager and Operations Manager for maintenance or repairs that require vendor assistance.
  • Respond to customer issues and requests within established time frames to provide excellent care.
  • Perform vehicle inspections using the mobile app, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Onboard new vehicles by attaching decals, installing telematics, and ensuring insurance cards are present.
  • Offboard legacy vehicles by removing decals, uninstalling telematics, and handling registration removals.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments, including sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively with the Regional Market Manager and Operations Manager regarding fleet conditions.
  • Pick up and drop off vehicles at various locations as needed.
  • Assist with the vehicle recovery process and make financial decisions to promote fleet health while reducing costs.

Requirements

  • Proven success in a fast-paced, customer-focused work environment.
  • Proficiency with mobile app technology and ability to navigate various internal platforms.
  • Experience in general automotive maintenance and/or fleet management or related field.
  • Ability to develop and manage local vendor relationships.
  • General business acumen with the ability to identify and recommend cost-saving measures.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 75lbs and perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, bending, twisting, stretching, and kneeling for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Willingness to commute as needed in a company-provided vehicle.
  • Valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Report.
