<div><strong>Title:                          </strong>Executive Director, Commercial Analytics</div> <div><strong>Reports to:            </strong>Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations</div> <div><strong>Location:                </strong>Redwood City, CA (or Remote - US)</div> <div><strong>Classification:    </strong>Exempt</div> <div> </div> <p><strong>Overview:</strong></p> <p>The Executive Director, Commercial Analytics is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the enterprise-wide analytics strategy supporting U.S. commercial operations. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, and Medical Affairs to enable data-driven decision-making, optimize commercial performance, and inform strategic direction.<br><br>This role will lead the development of a scalable and integrated analytics ecosystem spanning data strategy, advanced analytics, incentive design, and performance measurement across the product lifecycle. The Executive Director will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring analytics insights are actionable and directly influence key business decisions.</p> <p><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Strategic Leadership & Business Impact</span></p> <ul> <li>Serve as a senior analytics advisor to the SVP of Commercial Operations and executive leadership team</li> <li>Define and lead the enterprise commercial analytics strategy aligned with corporate priorities</li> <li>Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform commercial and market access strategies</li> <li>Lead analytics support for product launches, including targeting, performance tracking, and optimization</li> <li>Drive lifecycle analytics, including growth opportunities, competitive dynamics, and revenue erosion</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Sales Force Effectiveness & Incentive Strategy</span></p> <ul> <li>Lead sales force sizing, alignment, and productivity optimization initiatives</li> <li>Oversee incentive compensation design, modeling, governance, and ongoing performance evaluation</li> <li>Direct targeting strategy for field teams and non-personal promotion channels</li> <li>Deliver dashboards and insights to support field performance management and executive reviews</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Data Strategy & Technology Enablement</span></p> <ul> <li>Own and evolve the commercial data strategy, integrating internal and external data assets</li> <li>Lead development and enhancement of data infrastructure, including data warehouse, reporting tools, and analytics platforms</li> <li>Ensure compliant, scalable data processes that support CRM systems and reporting needs</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Cross-Functional Partnership</span></p> <ul> <li>Partner with Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Finance to align analytics with business objectives</li> <li>Manage relationships with external data vendors and analytics partners</li> <li>Evaluate and onboard new data sources, tools, and methodologies to advance analytic capabilities</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred</li> <li>15+ years of experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, or related roles within pharma/biotech</li> <li>Deep experience in oncology strongly preferred</li> <li>Expertise in pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., IQVIA, claims data, epidemiology datasets)</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to influence executive-level decision-making</li> <li>Proven leadership track record building, scaling, and developing high-performing teams</li> <li>Executive presence with strong stakeholder influence skills</li> <li>Strategic mindset paired with deep business acumen</li> <li>Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities</li> <li>Excellent communication and storytelling skills</li> <li>High emotional intelligence with a collaborative leadership style</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>The Base Salary Range for this position is $250,000 to $290,000. Coherus considers various factors, including professional background and work experience, when determining base pay.
