EVENT and Exhibit Coordinator - Trade Shows & Conventions

Job description

Cardinal Expo custom designs, builds, and services exhibitions at trade shows & conventions all over the United States.

As a Coordinator, you will work with our sales team on projects from initial contact with clients, through the sales process, all the way to event execution. You will also build lasting relationships with our clients and vendors. Clear and precise communication is critical in this role. You will keep clients, vendors and our team on the same page and keep the projects moving ahead on their necessary timelines.

Our work schedule is daytime Monday through Friday normally but our schedules are dictated by the events and so evening and weekend work is necessary from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in event or project coordination or project management

  • Experience in any of the following: Tradeshow/Event Industry, Hospitality Industry, Movie Industry, Set Design Production, Marketing, Graphic and 3D Design, Print, and Audio Visual.
Full time position, compensation commensurate with experience. Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: starting rate -$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
