Why This Role MattersThis is a builder role. You will be the first dedicated digital hire with the opportunity to shape and scale the entire digital function, from DTC and paid media to social media and marketplace expansion. Your work will directly impact growth, visibility, and how the brand connects with its customers online

What You’ll Do

  • DTC Website (Shopify): Lead digital strategy, improve site performance, manage promotions, and drive sales conversion.
  • Paid Media: Own PPC campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest to accelerate acquisition.
  • Social Media: Build engagement through content calendars, influencer partnerships, and community interaction.
  • Marketplace Growth: Launch and grow marketplace platforms, overseeing product uploads, content, and dropship operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and design teams to bring new products to market and align digital efforts with brand goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Passion for consumer brands and apparel, with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial drive.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Your Experience

  • Hands-on Shopify management.
  • Social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, plus influencer marketing.
  • Paid campaign management with proven results (Meta and Google Ads required).
  • Experience with marketplace platforms and dropship models.
  • Photography and editing skills are a plus.
