The Talent Acquisition Leader will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's talent acquisition strategy. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lateral hiring strategies to attract experienced professionals.
  • Manage bulk hiring processes, ensuring efficient and effective recruitment.
  • Implement internal job rotation programs to enhance employee development and engagement.
  • Promote and support LGBTQ+ hiring initiatives, creating an inclusive environment.
