About the position

Responsibilities

  • Lead Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) engagements in Everyday Spend and Ecommerce/Marketplace segments.
  • Manage key client relationships and develop scalable merchant solutions.
  • Contribute to VCA thought leadership and business growth.
  • Engage with Visa teams in strategic discussions and manage a pipeline of work with merchants and co-brand partners.
  • Identify potential opportunities with clients and lead consulting initiatives.
  • Develop frameworks and actionable insights to help clients grow their portfolios.
  • Partner with peers in other functional areas to execute projects effectively.
  • Produce insights and recommendations to improve client performance and drive growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or 3+ years with a PhD.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience at a large management consulting firm or in strategy, analytics, or marketing with a major merchant.
  • Experience managing a team and leading project initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with financial indicators to measure business performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working with co-brand programs.
  • Knowledge of banking operations and payment schemes.
  • Experience in the restaurant industry.
