You will design and deliver high-quality educational resources for application development teams using a cloud-native digital platform, helping developers understand platform capabilities, apply established workflows effectively and integrate the platform into their software development lifecycle.<br></p> <p><b>What you'll be doing</b><br></p> <ul> <li>Creating, reviewing, publishing and maintaining developer-focused learning content including tutorials, how-to guides, onboarding materials, hands-on exercises and walkthroughs<br></li> <li>Translating complex technical platform capabilities and SDLC concepts into structured, accessible and practical learning content<br></li> <li>Producing developer-focused video content including tutorials, platform walkthroughs, feature demos and onboarding videos<br></li> <li>Scripting and storyboarding video content and managing updates based on feedback and platform evolution<br></li> <li>Preparing and facilitating hands-on educational sessions, workshops and guided learning formats for software development teams<br></li> <li>Engaging directly with the platform to validate developer workflows and ensure content accuracy<br></li> <li>Coordinating with product managers, product owners, technical leads, documentation teams and customer success stakeholders<br></li> <li>Defining and tracking developer enablement KPIs such as tutorial completion rates and time-to-first-deploy<br></li> <li>Establishing reusable learning paths, demo scenarios and content formats across the programme<br></li> <li>Ensuring all content aligns with governance-compliant platform usage including paved-path patterns, secret handling and approved deployment topologies<br></li> </ul> <br> <br> <h3>Requirements</h3> <p><b>What you'll need</b><br></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience creating educational content for developers (tutorials, hands-on exercises, onboarding materials, learning paths)<br></li> <li>Experience producing developer-focused video content including scripts, storyboards and demos<br></li> <li>Ability to design and deliver hands-on training, workshops and technical learning sessions<br></li> <li>Broad knowledge of cloud-native platforms and related technologies including Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps, secrets management, data services and observability<br></li> <li>Hands-on engineering experience with cloud-native platforms sufficient to validate content and run live demos<br></li> <li>Experience with docs-as-code approaches (Markdown, Git-based workflows, static site generators)<br></li> <li>Proficiency with video production tools such as OBS, Camtasia or DaVinci Resolve<br></li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills<br></li> <li>Fluent English, spoken and written (C1/C2)<br></li> </ul> <p><b>Desirable</b><br></p> <ul> <li>Experience in the energy, utility or infrastructure sectors<br></li> <li>Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, SAFe, Jira, Confluence)<br></li> <li>Familiarity with structured documentation frameworks such as Diátaxis<br></li> <li>Fluent German or French (B2 minimum)<br></li> </ul> <br> <br> <h3>Benefits</h3> <p>Als Freiberufler / Auftragnehmer bei uns genießen Sie flexible Arbeitszeiten und die Freiheit, Ihre eigenen Projekte zu wählen.
