About the role

We are seeking a skilled Data Management Officer to join our growing team a based in Jepara Regency, Central Java. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for the oversight and coordination of our company's data management operations, ensuring efficient and secure data processes across the organisation.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement data management strategies and policies to enhance data accuracy, integrity, and security Oversee the collection, organisation, and storage of data from various sources Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data is utilised effectively Maintain and optimize data management systems and infrastructure Train and support employees on data management best practices Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards

What we're looking for

Bachelor's in Statistic/Industrial Engineering/Information Systems/Business Analytics/Mathematics/Data Science Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data management or data -heavy environments Exposure to ERP/SAP/system based workflows Experienced in manufacturing or supply chain experience is a strong plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights Proficient in data management tools and technologies, such as databases, data warehousing, and business intelligence software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all level
