This role will play a key part in supporting employee engagement initiatives, storytelling, brand consistency, digital communications, and customer-facing marketing efforts.<br><br>The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and content creator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can balance creativity with execution. This individual will work cross-functionally across departments, support developing team members and interns, and partner closely with external agencies to support Maverick Power’s continued growth and brand evolution.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> <br><br><ul><li>Brand & Internal Communications</li><ul><li>Support internal branding initiatives that reinforce Maverick Power’s culture and values.</li><li>Assist with employee recognition programs, internal campaigns, and company communications.</li><li>Develop creative internal content for announcements, celebrations, events, and engagement initiatives.</li><li>Help maintain consistency of the Maverick Power brand across internal touchpoints.</li></ul><li>SWAG & Employee Experience</li><ul><li>Lead administration and coordination of the Maverick Power SWAG store.</li><li>Manage merchandise inventory, ordering, employee requests, and fulfillment coordination.</li><li>Support branded merchandise selection and promotional item sourcing.</li><li>Coordinate branded materials for recruiting, onboarding, customer visits, and events.</li></ul><li>Content Creation & Storytelling</li><ul><li>Create and manage content for the company website, social media channels, internal platforms, and customer communications.</li><li>Draft and edit marketing copy for campaigns, presentations, collateral, product materials, and digital communications.</li><li>Help tell the Maverick Power story through compelling and engaging content.</li><li>Support leadership communications and strategic messaging initiatives.</li></ul><li>Agency & Creative Coordination</li><ul><li>Partner with external creative agencies on graphic design, videography, photography, and digital campaigns.</li><li>Assist with creative project coordination, timelines, feedback consolidation, and asset management.</li><li>Ensure creative output aligns with Maverick Power brand standards and messaging.</li></ul><li>Cross-Functional Marketing Support</li><ul><li>Support marketing initiatives tied to product launches, company growth, recruiting, and customer engagement.</li><li>Assist with event support, trade shows, and company initiatives as needed.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Marketing leadership and cross-functional departments to execute priorities efficiently.</li><li>Develop and maintain marketing tools, templates, and communication resources that support multiple internal teams and external customer needs.</li></ul><li>Intern Leadership & Development</li><ul><li>Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and coordination of marketing interns.</li><li>Help guide intern projects, presentations, and creative assignments.</li><li>Support development of internship programs and learning opportunities that align with Maverick Power’s culture and brand standards.<br></li></ul></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.</li><li>Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.</li><li>Experience managing social media and digital content platforms.</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.</li><li>Experience working with external agencies or creative partners preferred.</li><li>Ability to manage projects independently while collaborating across multiple departments.</li><li>Demonstrated creativity, initiative, and problem-solving mindset.</li><li>Basic graphic design capabilities and familiarity with tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are a plus.</li><li>Preferred - Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, branding, or content creation.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Physical Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.</li><li>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Work Environment<br><br></strong>May work in various settings at the Maverick Power facilities, in offices, in multiple shops, and in commercial buildings. Maintaining the same position or posture while performing tasks and sitting for prolonged periods.
