Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled content marketing specialist to help take our marketing initiatives to the next level. You will be responsible for developing high-impact content to help fuel awareness and demand generation in support of Arrow's market position, services and offerings.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Work on various aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including creating concepts, writing and editing content, and interacting with the marketing team.
  • Create high-impact content that fuels demand generation and lead nurturing for use in multiple formats, including advertising, email, organic social, web and events.
  • Optimize content for SEO, conduct keyword research, and track performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools
  • Develop and execute content calendars for various platforms
  • Design engaging email sequences that nurture leads and support marketing automation strategies, ensuring alignment with broader campaigns
  • Support development of multi-touch and multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Create and manage video testimonials and other video assets to enhance our social media and digital presence.
  • Collaborate across the business to coordinate messaging and content to be leveraged internally and externally.
  • Track and analyze the performance of content to measure its effectiveness
  • Contribute to other marketing initiatives as needed.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years of experience in content marketing, with a track record of achieving measurable growth in brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and stay organized.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Salesforce) is desirable.
  • Ability to generate new ideas and help develop innovative marketing campaigns quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity well and solve complex problems.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing and paid media.
  • Knowledge of the B2B technology industry or IT distribution is a plus and will help you connect with our target market.


Work Arrangement:
  • Hybrid: 3 days in office/2days work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$31.47 - $38.46

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
