Concierge – The Manor Assisted Living

Location: Little Rock

Our luxury assisted living community is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Concierge to join our team. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming, supportive environment for residents, families, and visitors while providing administrative support to our leadership team.

Position Overview

As a Concierge, you will serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. You will help ensure a positive experience while supporting daily operations, including administrative, HR, and business office functions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Greet all visitors, residents, and families with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor
  • Address questions, concerns, and provide general assistance
  • Support sales and marketing efforts , including assisting with tours and maintaining a tour-ready community
  • Maintain awareness of apartment availability and occupancy goals
  • Communicate and collaborate with all departments to ensure resident needs are met
  • Assist the Business Office Director and Executive Director with:
    • HR-related functions
    • Payroll support
  • Maintain knowledge of community policies and procedures
  • Foster a calm, positive, and resident-focused environment at all times

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, communications, hospitality, or related fields preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or concierge experience preferred
  • Experience in senior living or healthcare environments preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, email)
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and meet all health and state requirements, including TB testing
