Primary Function

We're seeking an organized, detail‐oriented project manager to support a global marketing department. This includes project organization, communication, facilitation, and completion, for the brand marketing team.
Hybrid schedule, so must be local to San Antonio, TX.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supports brand governance activities that help monitor brand standards across internal and external communications. Responds and logs requests for consultation and approval addressing projects related to sponsorships, third party partnerships, promotional items, new products/services, etc.
  • Applies foundational knowledge of marketing principles.
  • Serve as a point‐of‐contact for incoming requests and relay necessary information to the client(s) and project managers
  • Support teams in day-to-day project management tasks focused on agency communications.
  • Aide in building key project management documents for efforts and keep them up to date for the life of a project
  • Monitor project requests and communicate with stakeholders regarding project progress and status.
  • Organize the operations surrounding a project under tight timelines
  • Coordinate meetings and collaboration among project team(s)
  • Organize special projects, participate in research, planning and Interface with various departments for project execution
  • Prepare and maintain status reports, meeting recaps, specs trackers, and traffic inputs using agency platforms
  • Provides support in preparation of presentations and reports
  • Help execute integrated campaigns with cross functional teams, departments, executives, and stakeholders
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated stellar written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of sense of urgency; Actively listens to others and acts upon information gained
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to meet deadlines
  • Ability to interface effectively with a variety of people including team personnel, clients, and vendors to establish productive, ongoing relationships
  • Ability to organize cross‐functional groups
  • Strong problem‐solving skills
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Ability to maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Proficiency with MS Office; able to create forms, tables, charts, and formulas

Education & Experience

  • B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field required
  • 3+ years in project management or brand stewardship experience
  • 1+ years in a corporate environment
