You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring moving smoothly and accurately. It’s a good fit for someone early in their career who wants to learn how high-quality technical hiring actually works in practice.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>What you will be doing</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support the full recruitment process across roles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Source candidates through a mix of channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to assess basic role fit, motivation, and communication.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection with candidates and hiring managers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, ensuring data quality and process consistency.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support recruiting projects and process improvements as the team scales, including candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help keep hiring operations organised, responsive, and moving at pace.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>What you will need</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles<br>(fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruiting are welcome).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Clear written and verbal communication skills.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">(Prior recruiting experience is helpful but not required.
