As an Associate Area Business Analyst, you will work closely with field sales leaders and cross-functional partners to uncover insights, shape decisions, and improve commercial performance across the business. This is a highly visible, fast-paced, field facing role where curiosity, collaboration, and clear storytelling make a difference every day.<br> </p><p><b>What will you be doing?</b></p><ul><li>Partnering with field sales leadership to deliver clear, actionable insights that support decision making</li><li>Analyzing sales, market, pipeline, territory, and customer performance data to identify opportunities and risks</li><li>Translating complex analysis into clear, executive-ready insights that drive decisions</li><li>Supporting core business rhythms such as forecasting, quarterly business reviews, and territory planning</li><li>Collaborating cross functionally with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and centralized Analytics teams</li><li>Challenging assumptions and influencing outcomes through data driven recommendations<br> </li></ul><p><b>What will you need to be successful?</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience</li><li>0 to 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Sales or Market Analysis, Revenue Operations, Analytics, or a similar commercial role</li><li>Experience working with sales teams or field leadership and the ability to build strong, credible relationships</li><li>Strong problem structuring, analytical thinking, and the ability to turn insights into clear recommendations</li><li>Confident communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting to senior leaders</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, experience with CRM data such as Salesforce, and experience using Power BI, AI tools, or basic SQL to enhance analysis and insight delivery is a plus<br> </li></ul><p><b>You.
